Breastfeeding Classes
In this private, in home class you will receive training, tips and practical advice on breastfeeding before the baby arrives. Our breastfeeding classes strive to answer all the questions you may have about nursing your new baby. We also address the important topics of first nursing, building and maintaining a milk supply, avoiding or dealing with common nursing problems and continuation of nursing and returning to work. What is a Doula?
This is a talk offered once a month to learn more about doulas and the services they provide. We happily answer questions you may have about the ways in which a doula might support you prenatally, during labor and birth and also postpartum. This class is FREE. Childbirth Education
While Earth Mama is not currently offering Childbirth classes there are many great classes in Portland that we would like to recommend.
